J+S boasts an integrated approach to architectural design, applied to the design of the concept and preliminary masterplans, to the executive and construction planning, as well to the Project & Site Management coordination and process. Special attention is given to the concepts of urban resilience and regeneration thanks to decades of experience in Sports & Urban Leisure activities, using energy strategies and highly sustainable technologies, such as ``dry`` wooden construction systems.

J+S is highly specialized in infrastructure design. It focuses on the development of transportation, hydraulic, structural and geotechnical systems with an environmental approach. It also possesses an extensive experience for construction site assistance in support of major nationally-recognized companies. The company develops feasibility studies and projects for new infrastructures or the modification and adaptation of existing ones (with emphasis in the construction of motorways), applying the most advanced and high-performing technical procedures (BIM design of infrastructures).

INFRASTRUCTURE

HYDRAULIC

J+S has developed specialized skills in the hydraulic engineering field and works in the areas of integrated water service, district heating, hydraulic protection works and no-dig remediation technologies. In view of J+S high specialization in mathematical modelling of water networks and river systems, the company provides survey services, analysis, calibration and master plan services for technological assets and works to protect against hydraulic risks. Thanks to its multidisciplinary skills, J+S also applies integrated design to the development of construction management and testing services in the hydraulic, energy and environmental fields. Through the continuous and stable collaborations with the academic sector, J+S has defined its own procedures and methods for energy optimization and efficiency of complex systems.
